Shipping policy

Shipping:

Shipping is a flat rate of $6.67.

Please be aware that our products are not stored on site and orders are dispatched within 2 - 3 days. Delivery can take anywhere between 9 - 22 days due to different logistical locations.

We are not liable for items lost in transit. However please contact us as admin@magichollows.com if you have not received your order within 6 weeks of order confirmation, at our discretion we will endeavor to make things right. Our priority is customer satisfaction.
